Mantovanibenne is strongly committed to preventing the occurrence of offenses in carrying out its activities, adopting the necessary organizational and disciplinary measures to combat any possible occurrence.

For this reason it believes it is essential that employees, collaborators and third parties report alleged violations of which they become aware within the work context.

The reporting procedures, present on the Mantovanibenne website, have the aim of providing clear operational indications regarding the subject, recipients, methods of transmission and management of reports concerning “violations”, as well as regarding the protection measures envisaged by the Legislative Decree 24/2023.

By “violations” we mean all those behaviors, acts or omissions that harm the public interest or the integrity of the Company, of which the whistleblowers became aware in the work context relating to Mantovanibenne.
